You know what they say about persistence - keep trying and you’ll succeed one day. Well, I finally did - it took me quite a while, but I think I finally found one Hainanese chicken rice place in Penang which can approximate the standards we find in Singapore.

Congrats! Hopefully the Penangites like that, and the chef continues to make the chicken this way.
