Is that toasted coconut on the Urap or is the coconut fresh and those are fried shallots? Looks delicious either way, just curious.
The chicken, beef stew, croquettes, and duck look delectable too!
The dessert crepe sounds very similar to Goan alle belle and Bengali patishapta, so interesting.

Yes, toasted grated coconut, called “kerisik” in Indonesian, and fried shallots.
