I didn’t experience any wasps the 6 or 7 times I had brunch on Ossington this past summer.
I have a former friend who wants to dine indoors all the time. Our falling out - after 16 years of friendship- had something to do with her inflexibility about dining outdoors during patio season. 
I did have one bad lunch wasp-wise in London, at a picnic table in a park.
