Thanks for the detailed informative report… much appreciated. Although the only overlap between the places we’ve each experienced is Jeanne-Aimee, I’ve had most of your places on my list but just never got to them last month. Maybe next time.
I did not have a good experience at Jeanne-Aimee & I wrote about it on another thread. .[Paris] Has anyone tried Jeanne-Aimée? - #32 by SteveR However, your post was informative in that I believe I caught the kitchen just at the time the new chef came on board & that explains a bit of what I perceived to be a pretty frenetic, disorganized dinner with a waitstaff that had very little idea of exactly what was on the menu or, more importantly, coming out to our table. Oh well. Great lunches & dinners at Baca’v, Dilia, Coretta, Perception and Amarante (among others) more than made up for the slips we experienced at Jeanne-Aimee, Korus & Fulgurances. Again, thanks. Glad you had a good time, eating your way thru so many good places in such a short time.
