[Paris] Layover Recommendations?

Chez Denise is solid at 3AM…,

Wow! What an incredible response. Thank you! I was planning on possibly going to l’Aubrac so you just saved me wasting a meal. Au Pied Du Cochon seems like the move for me.

I was hoping to stop by Boulangerie Utopie in the morning to grab some baked goods and then take a taxi to the airport. I think they open at 7 am. Is leaving the city center by 715 for a 1040 flight out of CDG enough time? Or should I skip Utopie and find somewhere that might be open earlier to budget a bit more time to make it to the airport

According to Google, Chez Denise now closes at midnight.

Probably better for all involved….

Yes, since it got a new ownership and reopened, it is no longer a night restaurant, which is why I didn’t mention it.

7:15 by taxi will probably get you at Roissy at 8:30-8:40 at the latest. So yes it’s doable, but a bit tight.
I doubt any bakery will be open earlier than 7 AM, but considering you’ll be in the Les Halles district, there’s a direct RER train to Roissy from the Les Halles transportation hub. I prefer not to recommend other bakeries, since most of them open around 7:30 or 8.

Let’s not make things too complicated: try to get at Utopie at opening time, buy your things and then race to Roissy in a taxi. Whatever happens I don’t think you’ll miss the check-in time.
