[Paris] Where to eat on Sunday, Monday and August?

This thread is not only for visitors which has limited days visiting the city but for people like myself too. I am bad in remembering which places are opened Sunday and Monday without research or planning before hand. The post below will only include recommended French restaurants and bistrots and will be renewed to include new updates.

Hope the recent “yellow vests” protest won’t spoil your holiday. Avoid Champs Elysee especially on Saturday. Ask your hotel or check news website to see where the protests will be.
