Totally.
I call it “sandwich architecture”. Not in the greater Boston area, but Bo-Tes Imoprts in Norwell Center does a great job with sandwiches (and everything else in their little shop). If you’re on your way south get off and get their “Brooklyn” sandwich. A real treat.

Thanks for the tip.
They also have a variety of prepared foods/salads and lots of goodies for parties and sitting out by the pool. Very nice wine selection as well. You won’t be disappointed.
Enjoy,

I thought I’d put in a suggestion for local vegetarians and to those who try to eat veggie dishes regularly to keep meat consumption down. Clover has a Nashville Hot Mushroom sandwich that is pretty flavorful. Disclaimer, I’ve only eaten Nashville Hot Chicken twice, both times at State Park, so I can’t really judge it on authenticity.
Oyster (?) mushrooms are breaded and deep-fried until crispy, then tossed in a deeply-flavored hot sauce. It’s either served in a platter or in a pita with pickles, carrots, lettuce and a couple of other things that escape me. My son and I both enjoyed it.
