I just look at my upper arms in the mirror, but then, I suppose you’re talking about actual food so that takes those out of the equation…

I prefer flabby chicken skins.
Like the ones on Hong Kong style soy sauce chicken or Hainan chicken.
The flabbier the better. Just like my belly.
And I cannot abide floppy skin. Anywhere. Crispy FTW, always and forever

That’s why it should be a “new food trend” instead of crispy skin, which we all like (yours truly included).
Crispy chicken skin is to new food trend as the iPhone is to new smartphone trend
