Way to take one for the team!
The Nashville hot chicken we’ve tried is fried chicken, with a hot pepper-lard combo applied after, so itis essentially drenched in spicy and flavourful oil. We made the mistake of ordering “medium” at Prince’s and it took us over an hour to finish the meal, with rivers of sweat pouring down our faces. And we like spicy food, but for the future it will be “mild” all the way. Bolton’s was not quite as hot, so we were able to survive.
