I love chicken livers - and that dish you’ve got there looked absolutely terrific!

They have a mutton liver fry on the menu as well. I don’t know if that will be lamb or sheep liver (in India it would have been goat liver) and I find it a bit more strong and likely to be tough compared to chicken liver, so haven’t ever ordered it.
