I think it’s mostly experienced members who post in NAF topics, and that’s part of what I like about them, seeing another side of people who I recognize in the food-related topics. It’s like an after dinner chat that lingers over dessert and cognac, long into the evening, very friendly and warm. I un-muted as soon as I could.
