I haven’t really explored non- French Cdn cuisine in Quebec City, but I have tried a lot of non French Canadian cuisine in Montreal.

I watched it all, and it was long!
I recently learned here on HO that although I qualify for status as a "native New Yorker by virtue of having been “born and raised” there, I am a tourist there now. Sigh. I am now "from California ". 
California is apparently represented by rich people in LA. 
Made me look up the percentage of a states population in the biggest cities.
I liked the vignette about the collapsed guy in small town in Scotland or Ireland. I’d love to hear thoughts from someone in Scotland or Ireland.
