What have you been watching lately?

New show on the Roku channel. Morimoto’s Sushi Master. Sushi chef competition hosted and judged by Masaharu Morimoto. J Kenji Lopez-Alt is also a judge. Standard professional competition show. No sign of a ‘screw your competitors’ vibe. These are all high end folks. Morimoto is hamming it up a bit but that seems to be his public persona. The cooking is on point. Worth your while if you like this sort of thing.
