If you are heading out to Brooklyn otherwise, Terrace Bagels and Bagel Hole in Windsor Terrace (S of Prospect Park) both make excellent product. Bagel Hole is smaller and really chewy and tasty (not heated) Terrace has a wide range of flavors, I was very impresses with their stuff.
