Doreen recipes aren’t exactly right, I worked there,and learned so much about cooking as a young college student. For example their blue cheese dressing was unequaled in my mind. Almost everything was made from scratch. The blue cheese dressing had three ingredients, danish bleu cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream, equal parts. Heart defying and incredible! When the bartender was having a particularly bad night, she could be found in the walk-in sitting on a bucket eating a cambro pan of chocolate mousse…good times indeed.
