I think between the traditional Char Siu bun (the white one you see in dim sum) and this westernised one, I prefer the white ones.
But then I couldn’t resist the tuna fish bun (with the same bread). 
Had one nearly every other day either for breakfast or teatime treat when in Hong Kong.
That say, the Char Siu bun shown up post is delicious. Thanks for the reminder.
