Tahoe City - Bridgetender

Bridgetender, or BT as locals call it, is our go-to for a lunch out. We’re so boring cause we almost always order the same thing. The pork ribs and cross cut fries. It’s a huge serving, about 10 ribs and a mound of perfectly crispy fries and ranch dressing. We frequently bring some home even though we share.
