Your correct–and that’s the brand I also have (I just assumed that this would be high in sodium, since that’s what most on-line comments state about kelp noodles.) So this would be a very good choice for someone wanting to lower calories and sodium intake.

I like kombu (kelp), so thanks a lot for that idea.

By the way, I just returned from California tonight, and unfortunately, for the time being, I’m also on a diet favoring soft foods, as I had to have a molar extracted on Tuesday. :frowning:
