[Klang, Malaysia] Teochew porridge lunch at Sin Teo Heng

I’m very fond of all the Hakka and Fujian tofu dishes and salted/pickled radish and mustard greens. Had a great time eating them in Hakka heartland/Fujian.

And I’ve been to the place you mentioned: Chaozhou. Also Meizhou and other smaller Hakka strongholds most tourists from the West have no intention to visit or know of their existence. The locals used every possible surface and space to dry the mustard greens and radishes in these towns.

Glad I did China in 2006 through 2008 because nothing can make me go back there ever again.
