Do you have a favourite Japanese Noodle Eatery in Paris?

There are several Ramen places near Opera or rue Saint Anne that we used to go. Recently, there are several Japanese joints opening, Ippudo, Kodawari… (I’m talking about the traditional Japanese food, but not the Franco-Japanese cooking or the Japanese chef cooking French), Ippudo is 1 of them.
