A lot of folks recommend Way Beyond indeed. I’ve been there and thought the bagels were good.
However, (heresy alert), my fav bagels in PBC of those I’ve tried are at Bagels With. I go to the store in southeast Delray on the NE corner of Linton and Dixie, and typically get an Everything.
