I know this! And before the vax, they were risking their lives to shop for high risk me. I not only thanked them from the beginning, but tipped accordingly. Also, I tip a set amount prefigured on the most my order could be so that the insta-person won’t be concerned that if I have do-not-substitute items their tip will be diminished.
