I just started reading Hotbox: Inside Catering, the Food World’s Riskiest Business by Matt and Ted Lee. I’m really enjoying it - a detailed account of what it’s like to work in the catering world. I’ve never done it so it’s all new to me. Nice easy writing style too. Thought I’d mention it.
