[Hanoi, Vietnam] Food tour with Handspan Travel

I find it very mysterious that the photo of your pho place does not match at all with the address on Google Maps.

Moreover, when I search for Tu Lun, it gives me a completely different address that also espouses “pho bo gia truyen” which IIUC means ‘beef pho, family heirloom.’ A fairly common claim I suppose…

I came here hoping to see the turmeric fish street as one of your tour stops.
Since I didn’t, here’s a hint for next time: the dish called chả cá lã vọng.

But I did like seeing the dessert. Vietnamese desserts don’t get enough press!

Thanks for sharing. It never ceased to amaze me how much the Vietnamese had suffered during the war, and yet they are willing to forgive and forget. Truly a strong, resourceful people.
