I don’t disagree, except that my “Surprise!” was meant to be sarcastic, (which I now realize doesn’t work well in this setting).

I felt outside of one obvious stumble during the final ( was it the technical?), the winner was doing really well. I almost wonder if they put the stumble in to make it interesting.

Great excuse to re-watch!

ETA Husband is much more confident in “placing” contestants in the signature than I am. I sort of wonder how that round is used.

Early on Paul says “the final, regardless of…. Star Baker..is the great leveler; it’s like Wimbledon; whichever team shows up is going to win”.

Did I miss the part explaining why Aaron looks so unlike his mother? AI says there is no Aaron on GBBS.

As are mine. My husband, being somewhat on the OCD scale, is an awesome baker. I’m the family cook.
