Fridge or no fridge?

On the topic of vermouth, Serious Eats did a “scientific” tasteoff where they concluded the fridge made a difference. However if you’re mixing it and not tasting it side by side perhaps it’s not really noticeable.

The problem is fridge space normally causes the vermouth to be jettisoned in our house, unless we’ve bought something a little more expensive. We’ve kept vodka or vodka derivatives in the freezer in the past, but space is normally at a premium.
