Flames Steakhouse has indeed relocated to E. Main Street in Elmsford. Proprietor Nick Vulaj had originally operated out of Briarcliff Manor. Same menu. Dropped in for a beer recently and the place already has that worn steakhouse look with a classical cello at the entranceway to one of the dining rooms. A brick oven pizza restaurant is in the works next door, too.
