Ok everyone I just wanted to say a quick; “Thank you” it looks like we have a good showing planned. I have a few other guests who I have invited to join your VIP lineup.

I just wanted to set expectations, we are at heart a Pizza / Restaurant with the Pizza being the underlying primary attraction. I don’t want to set expectations of some pretense of “fine dining” we are not. What I am going for is a Pizza Restaurant with home-style dishes (of my grandmother) combined with modern and inventive twists.

The dining room which seats about 40-45 (less tomorrow because I’m setting up as a buffet) so we are doing open seating. @CurlzNJ has been nominated my Ho’down Ambassador and has volunteered to help me as I imagine I might be spread thin. We will have name tags.

The primary expectation that I would like to leave you with is Family. Family Tavola ( Family Table ) is going to be a restaurant for families. Families come in all shapes, sizes and kinds and what I am trying to do is build a place that will make you feel like you are with family.
