The cheese at many pizza places that probably came out of the green can or worse that’s been sitting on the table for who knows how long.
I was at a nice place with quality cheese and pizza and three tables around me covered their pizza with this crummy cheese as soon as it arrived.
I felt like asking why, what are you doing?
There’s a classic episode of Seinfeld that reaonates all too well, “…fruit is a gamble. I know that going in…” of course there is discussion and general agreement among the characters is it’s about 50/50 odds for most fruits.
With the majority of fruit being sent across the country or the world a good nine months of the year in nyc i find these odds are right on.
True, technique is important, but knowing to use which rice and how to cook the rice is important.
