While I’m not fan of Burke or his brand, it is things like this that I love! Small touches that are insignificant yet can make a meal in my opinion.

I’m a fan…he may have his hands full with the Piero’s reboot though. Tough part of town.

Yeah, not sure what’s behind that. I went to Peiro’s maybe 2-3 times over the 20+ years I’m in the area, I never had a bad meal there, but I think it had a very loyal following, not sure that’s going to translate to Burke, we will see!
