Dinner at Le Royal was spectacular in every way. Enjoyed it tremendously.
Speaking for Cote Des Bar - loved drinking Champagne JEAN JOSSELIN - both Les Blancs and Audace at Perception in Paris.

I finally got to try their champagne, and in a place where I would not even think to look. Imagine having dinner in a small restaurant on the pacific island of Moorea, in a place called Le Lezard Jaune where they have a tiny wine list, and of the 3 champagnes on the list is from Chassenay-dâArce!
You were right, the wine is full of âcrisp, fresh vitalityâ. Needless to say, it was perfect to drink this in Polynesia! Thank you for suggesting it!
