I’m headed to Sánchez Romero and the Hipermercado del Corte Inglés this morning (and their Gourmet Experience). The Hipermercado has a stand by La Huerta de la Cabaña with beautiful produce. I’ll see if I can snap some photos.
If I love a particular item on the menu of a restaurant, I often inquire of the staff or the chef about the purveyor.
