Really - I wasn’t aware of that ? When we were members sometime ago we always had to show our membership card before we could go inside
I think you just tell the attendant that you’re going to the pharmacy or wine section. I’ve never had to try it. Another fun fact I found out: in CA you can buy food at the snack bar, but you’re not allowed to eat it inside the store–to go only.
