@Mr_Happy ’s Mexico report made me jealous so I had to grab a gringa and tacos from Tacos Al Pastor Estilo Puebla. Always good. As a bonus a woman came around selling mini tres leches cakes - I was a sitting duck for that sale, didn’t even have to get up. Delicious and not too sweet like some can be.

Berkeleyside Nosh visits Coliseum Way. Vendors report diminished traffic because of immigration raid concerns. The prices at the visited vendors seem higher than they were last year.

Prices are higher. Higher than brick and mortar places like El Paisa, not too far away. Besides food costs, I’m thinking it’s a tougher gig with the new reality and the economy tilting toward bad and awful.
I can’t imagine that price reporting is correct. I was there in July and the gringa at Tacos al Pastor was $10 and the tacos were $4. So no way two tacos and a gringa are now $37.

Must be a typo - just looked an a gringa is $12 and a taco $5
