Sitting in the Cincinnati/Kentucky airport back to NYC after a great Indy 500 weekend (obviously in Indianapolis)… flew into Cincinnati to meet up with some friends…up thread someone suggested that I try a very common dish in Cincinnati ……, Spaghetti with chili… @ Skyline…I ordered a small 5 way, which was spaghetti topped with chili, onions, red beans and cheese…
Very creative idea, but “not my cup of tea”.
The race and experience was absolutely wonderful!
