Hotel Buffet Breakfast today, before our 2pm checkout and Didi to Foshan.

Started with my usual Quad shot of Espresso and a plate of fibre.

Made to order with choice of fixin’s. One Beef and one Egg, please.

CONGEE with preferred Goodies (Offal, Mushrooms and Peanuts)

VEGGIE and NOODLE STATION

ROUGHING IT!!
CILANTRO, ENOKI, ROAST PEANUTS, CHOY SUM and BABY BAK.

EGGS and OMELETTE

DOUFU FUA
Just what I’ve been craving. Warm, silky, touch of sweet and hint of ginger. Apple and Blueberry Pastry.

DURIAN and CHA SIU PASTRY

This should sustain us for the one hour ride to Foshan.
