Folks diss Chicago deep big time now, and I always loved it. Knife and fork really works with pizza. I remember travelling many miles to get to Rocky Rococo’s to get some. Then we got a local guy that beat the hell out of Rocky’s. This man was much celebrated.
Now that I have as decent mixer, I might try the dough in there first. To me CDD Pizza has the same alure as calzone. When the sausage mushrooms onions peppers both olives swim together, it’s different in a refreshing way.
I’ve her made it either, but I was looking at some recipes. I like deep dish and I like thin crust. I like good pizza, and it comes in a lot of varieties. . I have no dog in that fight!
