Was at Cha Yen for lunch today and ordered the Khao Soi with brisket - it was great and the brisket wasn’t tough or chewy. Maybe you just had a bad portion of meat . . . or maybe I got lucky.
Just for what it’s worth.
I still really enjoy Cha Yen.
