Note that Cuong’s Vegetarian closed in June. When I passed by last week, it was Pin Ming’s serving bubble tea and other things. Cuong’s was one of my lunch stop ins when I worked in the area, but I never understood how they survived paying the rent. They got by with a staff of 1 working the counter with all of the food probably prepped upstairs at My Thai (same owners).
