Great info! I’m not sure how it would be served in-person, but my take-out packaging had it all together in one container. There could have been other components to the sauce, too, but with everything packaged together I could only really note the dark soy sauce.
Penang, huh? I will have to keep you in mind for future reference, as I was supposed to fly to Singapore and then Penang for a weekend in May, 2020, but we all know how that turned out. Here’s hoping for 2022?
