Second, thanks for the great review and reminder about Belacan Grill. And I just realized, the one you went to is in Tustin(!). I remember going to a Belacan Grill in the Torrance / Redondo Beach area years ago, recommended on Chowhound? Is this the same ownership group?
When we went it was quite tasty and we enjoyed it. We just never got around to visiting again.
