We stopped in on our way to the Guggenheim and while the bollo de mantequilla was good, I thought the palmera and Carolina were outstanding.

As a demonstration of the loyalty multi Michelin starred chef Martín Berasategui inspires in his fellow Spanish chefs, on November 17, at the Puente Romano Hotel (Marbella), 50 Michelin stars will all come together to offer an homage to MB, to celebrate his 50th year in the profession. At Leña, the hotel’s restaurant run by Dani García, these chefs will create a special menu inspired by the legacy of the great MB.
And afterwards they’ll probably do that collective “garrote”!
