Bans on Russian Vodka

Photo’s caption is clear. We’re not in the best position to fact-check story’s contents, though we expect that a beverage industry trade journal would likely substantiate most of the column entries in article’s table.

Yes, and the story is also clear. But why have a picture of Stoli? Are you supposed to replace Russian vodka with Stoli? Because you could, although that’s certainly not the first impression someone encountering the image would come away with.

Contrary to popular belief, and news to me. Stolichnaya is not Russian, at least since the founder was exiled in yr 2000.

We can drink our chilled Stoli guilt free now.

I’ve seen Ukrainian and Bulgarian streamers on Youtube lose subscribers because they have Russian sounding names.
In the case of vodka, maybe the first bottle will be “ethically sourced” and then it will be “bring me any damn thing I want more” lol.
