Avocado Toast

I almost started a “How do you avocado toast?” thread, but decided to do a search first. Phew!

And since there’s apparently already a duplicate thread out there, why not revive the more active one? :wink:

This is how I did avocado toast today: toasted homadama bread, avo, s&p, boquerones.

The bread is already a revelation on its own, but the creamy, rich, perfectly ripe avocado offset nicely by the anchovies’ acidity took it over the top. In fact, it was so good I had another one.
