When we went to Yu Noodles, I was looking forward to the xlb, touted (I think) by Tim Carman of The Washington Post as the best in the area. Tuns out they are only made at the Herndon location, not available in Fairfax or Rockville.
So I got myself to the Herndon Yu Noodles, still with a hankering for xlb. They are very well executed, but the ones at Bob’s remain the champ.
