[image] Pennsylvania Dutch birch beer is a local favorite here in Pennsylvania. Even better is when you go to a festival and there’s the real home-made version available. Another regional favorite from my childhood was Frank’s Black Cherry Wishniak [image] It used to be everywhere in Philly. Now it’s harder to find. I did have one a few years ago, but unlike the birch beer it does not stand the test of time–I could almost feel my teeth decaying from its cloying sweetness.
