See these are the things that “piss me off”. I can’t see any hot sauce in the pic you posted, but if I were naming something “lava fries” then I would combine sriracha (or similar hot sauce) with the cheese to give you a "lava like’ visual experience!
The cheese-steak does look good, although I guess the pic is deceiving because looking at it I thought it seemed a bit small. Glad you enjoyed it and good bread is what makes the difference between Quality and Kwality. (you can use that line)
So was it spicy? I recently posted somewhere I got the “Diablo” burger at Zinburger recently, it was very similar as this one and it didn’t have a hint of spice. I have no idea how they take jalapeno peppers and completely neutralize the spice, but I was very let down by the burger.
What kind of disturbed human being is this “Justin”? Who the hell does that to a burger? Does he eat his steak over well done too? Does he hate puppies and the smell of lilacs on a spring morning? MONSTER!!! If we ever do a burger / steak Ho’down you better keep Justin aka “John Merrick” at the other end of the table from me!!!
