Wow, that looks so wonderful on top of awesome. Goat ribs.

The only option I saw was cabeza.

But if that pic was taken onsite, then I think not the same location. The counters are all red and white, like in my pic upthread.

That was the Pulaski location and now I see it’s closed temporarily. I’m sure they have the ribs so I’d just ask. Maybe 1-2 plus other cuts is something they can do.

As Steve noted it’s goat ribs, my fav style of birreria, better than the beef version included in quesobirria tacos which have had a moment in the us the last decade or so.

Lovely. Love goat and lamb. Quesabirria is still pretty popular at most Mexican places I’ve visited. Not salty about it.

I’m a huge fan of quesabirria tacos, I just prefer the goat birria versions.

As do I. A little harder to come by where I live.
