A completely new answer - a 24 hr. chilled vending machines at Applestone meat next door to Trader Joe’s in Eastchester. Beef , pork, and chicken available at all hours from a whole animal butcher (in the Hudson Valley (I think). The machines are refrigerated and just find a cut you like, pay and open the door to that particular shelf. I (had to try something) had a 28 day dry aged bone-in strip steak was very good, would have better if I hadn’t overcooked it.

I live close to them and have tried some of their products. All the sausage are terrible. Take one bite and throw out terrible.
the sausage did not look terribly appetising. the bacon looked like it might be worth trying except for the price. I might be a (very) infrequent customer.
