Uzbek restaurant in [Austin, TX]

Barebones website for now, but this is pretty cool considering Austin’s food scene is rather stale:

Promising sounding writeup from Austin Culturemap:

Looks interesting.

Nice write-up on CultureMap. I haven’t been to Austin in a decade and don’t keep up.

‘a pocket shaped similarly to a Totino’s pizza roll’ -. Need a notebook?

I’ve been there twice. I liked the food, but my favorite thing was the cabbage rolls. Great place and I hope it gets the patronage to stay open for a long time because that location seems to be a bad luck spot that sees a lot of closures.
